How VizzEx Pro Works With HubSpot
VizzEx Pro for HubSpot runs as a standalone hosted app that connects securely to your HubSpot account. It works with your HubSpot website and blog without requiring any changes to your HubSpot setup.
Getting Started in the Beta
- ✓ After purchase, VizzEx will contact you to connect your HubSpot account to the app
- ✓ Install the VizzEx app from HubSpot under Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps
- ✓ Once installed, access VizzEx Pro from that same location — it will authenticate you via OAuth so there’s no separate login to manage
- ✓ VizzEx Pro then analyzes your HubSpot blog and surfaces recommendations directly in the app
VizzEx Pro for HubSpot runs as a hosted standalone app — which is why the pricing model differs from the WordPress plugin. Your data is processed securely and never stored beyond what’s needed to run your analysis and provide the analysis results.

Pricing Questions
How long does the Beta pricing last?
Beta pricing is available now at $197/month — $100 off the regular $297/month rate. Once you purchase during Beta, that rate is locked for the life of your license. When VizzEx Pro for HubSpot exits Beta, new customers will pay the regular rate. Your rate will not change as long as you maintain your subscription.
What is the Claude API Key Requirement?
VizzEx Pro uses Anthropic’s Claude AI to power its analysis and generate semantic relationship linking text. You provide and fund your own Claude API account directly with Anthropic — API usage costs are separate from your VizzEx Pro subscription. The amount you spend on API usage will vary based on the size of your blog and how frequently you run analyses. Most users find the API costs modest relative to the value of the analysis. You can set usage limits directly in your Anthropic account to stay in control of costs.
If during an analysis, your limit is reached, the analysis will be paused and can be restarted once you’ve added more funds.
Note that if you choose less than $40 (and refill to that amount when it reaches $5), Anthropic may dramatically cut your rate limit, making it MUCH longer to run the analysis, even on very small sites.
Is pricing per user or per site?
Per site, not per user. VizzEx Pro is licensed to the HubSpot site it is connected to. Everyone in your HubSpot environment with access to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps can access the VizzEx Pro Dashboard for that site. There is no additional per-seat charge.
Is there a free tier?
Not at this time. There will be a free tier available once we come out of Beta and into General Availability. It will let you explore VizzEx Pro before committing to a paid plan. The free tier will give you a meaningful look at what the analysis surfaces for your blog. It is not sufficient for making fast, meaningful progress. You can run one analysis per month. It will surface 10 link recommendations. Semantic Schema is not included.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. VizzEx Pro is billed annually and you can cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your analysis history and recommendations remain accessible through the end of your billing period. Your Subscription will revert to the Free License, and you will lose any access to features not included in the Free License.

What if I need the AI Visibility Mastery Program instead?
The AI Visibility Mastery Program is a separate year-long guided program that takes your team through the complete Signal Clarity methodology using VizzEx Pro. You must have a VizzEx Pro license to participate in the AI Visibility Mastery Program. VizzEx Pro is purchased separately and used throughout the program.
