FAQPricing questions
How long does the Beta pricing last?Beta pricing is $99/month. Once you purchase during Beta that rate is locked for the life of your license. When VizzEx Pro for HubSpot exits Beta, new customers pay the regular rate. Yours will not change as long as you maintain your subscription.
What is the Claude API key requirement?VizzEx Pro uses Anthropic’s Claude to power its analysis and generate semantic relationship linking text. You fund your own Claude API account directly with Anthropic, separate from your subscription. Costs vary with blog size and analysis frequency, and you can set usage limits in your Anthropic account. If a limit is reached mid-analysis it pauses and resumes once you add funds. Note: choosing a limit under $40 may cut your rate limit dramatically, making analysis much slower even on small sites.
Is pricing per user or per site?Per site, not per user. The license attaches to the HubSpot site it is connected to. Everyone in your HubSpot environment with access to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps can use the dashboard for that site. There is no per-seat charge.
Is there a free tier?Not at this time. A free tier arrives when we exit Beta into General Availability — one analysis per month, 10 link recommendations, no Dynamic Semantic Schema.
Can I cancel anytime?Yes. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?Your analysis history and recommendations stay accessible through the end of your billing period, then your subscription reverts to the Free License.
Do you offer discounts for teams managing multiple sites?If you manage multiple sites and want to discuss volume options, reach out — we are happy to have that conversation.
What if I need the AI Visibility Mastery Program instead?The Mastery Program is a separate year-long guided program using VizzEx Pro. A VizzEx Pro license is required to participate, purchased separately.
