VizzEx Analysis Server — Client Application Data Processing

When you connect any VizzEx client application to our cloud-based VizzEx Analysis Server, it transmits content and configuration data to perform analysis and generate structured data outputs. This section describes what data is transmitted, how it is used, and how long it is retained.

VizzEx client applications currently include, but are not limited to, the VizzEx WordPress plugin and the VizzEx HubSpot integration. All clients are subject to the same data handling practices described in this section.

VizzEx License Tiers

VizzEx is offered under two license tiers. The features available to your client application — and the data processed on your behalf — depend on your active license.

VizzEx Basic License The Basic license activates the following analysis features:

  • Analysis frequency — One analysis permitted per month
  • Blog post analysis — Analysis of up to your 50 most recent blog posts
  • Internal link recommendations — Up to 10 link recommendations per analysis
  • Semantic link text generation — AI-generated anchor text suggestions for recommended links
  • Post structural analysis — Structural and heading recommendations for individual posts
  • Primary category recommendations — Recommendations for posts assigned to more than one category
  • Business context configuration — Ability to set your organization’s industry, business model, and context information

VizzEx Pro License The Pro license includes all Basic features plus:

  • Analysis frequency — Unlimited analyses
  • Full site analysis — Analysis of your complete blog post library, beyond the 50-post Basic limit
  • Internal link recommendations — Up to 75 link recommendations per analysis
  • Topical cluster analysis — Content Island analysis across all posts and categories
  • Category optimization recommendations — Recommendations for category structure improvements
  • Cross-category connectivity analysis — Recommendations for content relationships across categories
  • Schema.org structured data generation — Generation of JSON-LD markup for blog posts and site pages
  • Historical analysis tracking — Retention and comparison of results across multiple analysis runs

What Data Is Transmitted

When you initiate an analysis from within any VizzEx client to analyze your blog posts, the following data is transmitted to the VizzEx Analysis Server:

Content Data

  • Blog post and page titles
  • Blog post body content (HTML)
  • Post canonical URLs and slugs
  • Post category assignments and category names
  • Post publication dates and author display names

Site Configuration Data

  • Your website domain and a unique installation identifier (instance key)
  • Your VizzEx license key (used for authentication and feature access)
  • Business context you configure within the client, including industry classification and organization name
  • Page mapping configuration (Pro only)
  • Schema entity settings, including organization details, author profiles, and service or product descriptions you have entered within the client application (Pro only)

Your AI API Key (Optional — User-Supplied) If you choose to supply your own Anthropic Claude API key within your client application settings, that key is transmitted and stored in encrypted form. It is used solely to make AI calls on your behalf and is never used for any other purpose.

No personally identifiable information about your website’s visitors or readers is ever transmitted to the VizzEx Analysis Server. The server processes only the editorial content and configuration of your connected site or platform.
