You’ve spent years building your blog. Dozens — maybe hundreds — of posts packed with real knowledge, hard-won insights, and the kind of expertise your competitors can’t fake.
But when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity about the exact problem you solve?
Silence. Your name doesn’t come up.
Not because your content isn’t good. But because AI can’t connect the dots between your ideas. It sees individual posts. It doesn’t see the expert behind them.
VizzEx and our AI Visibility Mastery program changes that.
AI doesn’t work like Google. Even Google doesn’t work like Google used to. Its not just keyword matching anymore. Google wants to understand what is being talked about. AI tries to understand who actually knows what they’re talking about.
And the way it figures that out? It looks for connections between your ideas. Does this post build on that one? Does your thinking on Topic A connect to your approach on Topic B? Is there a thread that runs through your content showing you have deep, comprehensive expertise?
For most blogs, the answer is no.
Not because the expertise isn’t there. But because the posts were written one at a time, published, and never woven together. They’re islands — great on their own, but invisible as a body of work.
VizzEx sees what AI sees. It analyzes your entire blog — not post by post, but as a whole — and shows you exactly where the connections are missing and how to build them.
The AI Visibility Mastery Program not only makes sure you actually do it, but that you understand the principles and process of AI Visibility so you gain mastery
It’s a 12-month guided program where Kim Albee and Carolyn Holzman walk you through everything you need to make your blog content visible to AI.
We start with the foundations. By the end of the first month, your blog will be configured so AI can actually find and crawl your content — and you’ll already be making your first round of improvements based on what VizzEx finds.
Week 1 — We’ll set up the basics together: making sure your site is configured so AI bots can find your content, and getting VizzEx installed. You’ll run your first analysis before the next call so you come ready to work.
Week 2 — This is where it gets exciting. You’ll see exactly what VizzEx found — which posts are connected, which are floating alone, where the gaps are. And you’ll start implementing right away. VizzEx doesn’t just tell you what’s missing — it generates the specific recommendations and shows you exactly where to place them. Then we’ll show you how to tell search engines “hey, come look at what I updated.”
Week 3 — We’ll set up tracking so you can see when AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity actually send people your way. And you’ll keep implementing — watching your scores start to climb as you add more connections.
Week 4 — We’ll install a simple script that shows you which AI bots are visiting your site, how often, and what they’re looking at. This is the “wow” moment — you’ll actually see the AI engines discovering your content.
By the end of Month 1:
Now that you’re set up and implementing, we shift to strategy: understanding what’s working, where your authority reaches, and how to plan your content going forward.
Week 5 — We pull everything together — your traffic data, your bot activity, your VizzEx scores — into one clear picture. You’ll know exactly where you stand and how to check in on your progress anytime. We’ll also show you how to test whether AI tools are actually citing your content.
Week 6 — This is one of the most valuable sessions. We’ll map your “knowledge ecosystem reach” — the boundary of where AI sees you as an authority and where that authority drops off. You’ll see exactly where you could expand and which areas matter most for reaching your ideal customers.
Week 7 — Strategic planning session. VizzEx shows you which posts need attention — things to update, rewrite, or retire. This call is about making smart decisions: what to tackle first, how fast to move, and how to weave this into your regular content calendar without it becoming a second job.
Week 8
After the intensive first two months, we shift to monthly check-ins. These calls keep you on track, introduce new capabilities as they launch, and give you a community of people building alongside you.
What we cover:
Good. You don’t need to be.
The Accelerator is built for people who create content, not people who configure servers. We walk you through every setup step in plain language. If something is technical, we show you exactly what to click and why.
And here’s the thing: the actual implementation is simple. VizzEx generates the specific recommendations — including exactly where to place them in your posts. For most people, implementing a recommendation takes a few minutes. Open the post, find the spot VizzEx identified, add the connection, publish. Done.

Who’s Leading the Accelerator:
Kim Albee — Founder, VizzEx
20+ years in B2B marketing. Built Genoo (marketing automation). Now building VizzEx — the first tool that analyzes your entire blog horizontally to reveal the semantic relationships that make expertise visible to AI. Her VizzEx.ai site achieved AI topical authority recognition in just 10 weeks with 6 blog posts.
Carolyn Holzman — Partner, VizzEx + Confessions of an SEO® Podcast
Forensic SEO researcher. Author of the peer-reviewed study “Decoding Google’s Helpful Content System” that revealed how Google classifies sites at the domain level — and why page-by-page optimization no longer works. Her research concluded: “There is no software tool that can take Helpful Content measurements.” Then Kim built one.

This is NOT for you if:
That means you get things beyond just having VizzEx:
Direct influence. Your feedback shapes what we build next — both in the program and in VizzEx itself. You’re not just a customer. You’re a partner in building this.
First access to everything.
Right now, most of your competitors are invisible to AI. Their blog posts are scattered, disconnected, and impossible for AI to map as expertise.
Every week you spend building connections in your content is a week they’re not. The longer you wait, the more ground they could cover first.
The next AI Visibility Mastery is TBD.
What day and time are the calls? Phase 1 calls are once a week. Phase 2 monthly calls continue on Thursdays at 10am PT | Noon Central | 1pm ET.
What if I can’t make a call? Every call is recorded and available within 24 hours. But the biggest value comes from being there live — asking questions, working alongside others, and getting real-time guidance.
Can my VA or team member attend? Yes. We encourage it. You attend for strategy, they attend for implementation — or you both come. Whatever works for you and the person implementing.
I already have VizzEx. How does this work? Just add the AI Visibility Mastery program. You keep your existing subscription and everything you’ve already set up. The AI Visibility Mastery program layers on top.
I don’t have VizzEx yet. What do I need? You’ll purchase VizzEx (WordPress at $497/year or HubSpot at $297/month) plus the AI Visibility Mastery program. We’ll walk you through installation and setup on the first call.
Is the AI Visibility Mastery program a one-time payment or recurring? One-time. You pay once and get the full 12-month program. Your VizzEx subscription renews annually (or monthly for HubSpot) — but the AI Visibility Mastery program itself is a single payment.
How much time does this take each week? Plan for 2–3 hours during the first 8 weeks (1 hour call + 1–2 hours implementing). After that, it’s about 1–2 hours every two weeks plus whatever implementation you’re doing at your own pace.
I’m not technical at all. Will I be lost? No. We designed this specifically for non-technical people. If you can edit a blog post, you can do this. And the implementation itself is surprisingly simple — VizzEx tells you exactly what to do and where.
What happens after the 12 months? You keep everything you’ve built — all your content connections, your schema, your architecture. Your VizzEx subscription will renew automatically if you don’t cancel it before the renewal date. We may offer an alumni community or advanced program, but nothing is required.
How is this different from just buying VizzEx and figuring it out myself?
